Privacy Policy

FlowLock is built to respect your privacy completely. The short version: we do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, analytics, advertisements, or tracking.

What we collect

Nothing. FlowLock does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information. There is no sign-up, login, or user account.

What stays on your device

Your session history, Lock Quality scores, streak, and preferences are stored only on your device. We cannot access them. Deleting the app removes this locally stored session information.

Purchases

FlowLock uses a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Apple processes the transaction and tells FlowLock whether access has been purchased or restored. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Audio and network access

FlowLock’s music is bundled inside the app. After installation and purchase verification, sessions and audio playback work offline. Network access may be used by Apple’s StoreKit services to load product information, complete a purchase, or restore access. FlowLock makes no analytics, advertising, or tracking calls.

Website privacy

FlowLock’s website uses no analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, accounts, or contact forms. If you choose to email support, your email is handled by your email provider and ours solely to respond to your request.

Children

FlowLock does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
