By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using FlowLock or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FlowLock.

License and acceptable use

FlowLock grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the application, its music, design, or other protected content except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases and refunds

Full access is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payment, family-sharing eligibility, purchase restoration, and refunds are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies. FlowLock does not directly process payments or issue App Store refunds.

Focus and relaxation only

FlowLock is designed to support focus and relaxation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Individual experiences vary. Do not use FlowLock in circumstances where reduced awareness of your surroundings could create a safety risk, including while driving or operating machinery.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, add, or remove features and content over time. We do not guarantee that FlowLock or this website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Intellectual property

FlowLock’s software, design, branding, written content, visual assets, and audio are owned by Rapid Sync IT LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party services

FlowLock relies on Apple services for distribution, product information, purchases, and restoration. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowLock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Sync IT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of FlowLock or this website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
