By downloading or using FlowLock ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
App Provided As-Is
FlowLock is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rapid Sync IT LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
App Store Terms
Your use of FlowLock is also subject to the terms and conditions of the platform through which you purchased the App, including the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store terms, the store terms shall govern with respect to your use of that platform.
No Medical Claims
FlowLock is a focus and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. Binaural beats are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, including epilepsy or a seizure disorder, consult your physician before using the App. Do not use FlowLock while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Important: Binaural beats are an auditory experience intended to support focus and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical treatment of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, audio generation algorithms, and trademarks associated with FlowLock are the intellectual property of Rapid Sync IT LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Sync IT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
Rapid Sync IT LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
